HELLOSS!! TO ALL VOICES MEMBERS!!!
The 27th committee is recruiting our Grandioso VI annual concert public performance committee. =)
Grandioso is our Voices very own annual concert around April next year, combining Choir and Acapella. =)
We will get to showcase our talents to our family, friends and even to important figures of Ngee Ann like the Principal.

The Committee serves as a chance and platform for you to learn skills, develop skills and also for you to know more important people which will really help you. =)
But I guess the most important thing is that you get to play an important part in the Concert that means so much for the club. =)
Okies so what are the roles:
1. Secretary
Basically, secretaries’ jobs covers all the administrative tasks, including meeting minutes, sending invitations.
2. Treasurer
Gives financial advises with regards to the budget given to us and doing financial report after the concert, including claiming of funds.
3. Publicity Officer
Designing tickets, concert booklet and publicity poster. People with design/publicity experience will have higher chance of getting this post. Do volunteer yourself if you have the skills.
4. Stage Manager
In charge of all the stage plans, including lighting and sounds. People with PA experiences do step out and try out for this position.
5. Events Coordinator
Will be in charge of scheduling events, especially rehearsals and actual day of performance. Arrangement of performance sequence and synopses to be done by ECs.
6. Ticketing Officer
In charge of ticket sales and ticket report. Collection of tickets money to be done by T.Os and doing up a report after the concert, making sure there’s no loss of ticket stubs and money.
7. Welfare Officer
In charge of food and welfare. Costumes, especially for girls, are settled by them. Booking of transports will be done by these people too.
8. Human Resource Manager (NEW ROLE~)
In charge of managing people internally and externally, for example to inform student volunteers that help out in the concert their roles and the timings and stuffs. It’s a new role=)
Basically the above 8 roles are the roles that we are recruiting, please do volunteer yourself no matter you are Year 1, 2 or 3.
We would love your help but as this is an important event, we would need to conduct interview for it.
Choose the top 3 roles that best suits you! =D
& no worries, there will be experienced seniors to help for as many roles as possible.
So y'all won't have to work everything out all alone. =)

Time: 2PM onwards, depending on which timeslot you belong to
Location: Serenade studio (our usual studio)
